I know Care in the Community has been going for at least 15 years, but it is the most stupid piece of legislation ever conceived!
The Tories where idiots for thinking it up and Labour are just as disgusting for not getting rid of it.
I have a very simple question to ask. How can a mentally ill Person be expected to remember to take their medication?
Anyone thinking they can needs a Psychiatrist!
We have had over 20 deaths as a result of this ill-conceived legislation. How many more are there going to be? Someone with an ounce of intelligence needs to recognise the fact, more secure beds are required so the mentally ill can be properly looked after …. And the population of this Country are not put at risk!
